I bought a SAD lamp.
At least I'm a proactive depressive.
I'll be the subject of much ridicule, as it will sit on my desk and exude artificial sunshine over my sallow, grey face.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
PS: Amusingly, you get the lamp VAT free if you declare that you do, in fact, have Seasonal Affective Disorder. Why else would you buy a SAD lamp though? And why would you declare otherwise?
